Sam Hoffner

Managing Partner & Principal Consultant

Sam Hoffner is an operations and technology executive known for bridging complex systems with human-centered design. He has led enterprise operations for multi-billion-dollar organizations, implemented AI-enabled communication platforms, and advised public and private institutions on resilience, safety, and growth.

Sam’s leadership career includes roles as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Vice President of Operations across education, telecommunications, healthcare, and public safety. His work has helped companies modernize infrastructure, optimize processes, and align leadership teams toward measurable growth.

He serves as Chair of the Make Our Schools Safe Advisory Board, is a Team Lead and Trainer with Community Security Services, and is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
